OUR PURPOSE
Transforming Plymouth Together was established in response to the Plymouth Fairness Commission Report, and we continue to collaborate with churches, local communities, and national partners to tackle the root causes of poverty across our city.
Our initiatives focus on the following core areas:
Advocating for social justice
Alleviating poverty
Strengthening neighbourhoods
Enhancing health, wellbeing, and community resilience
Empowering and supporting church-led social action

WHAT WE’RE ABOUT
Transforming Plymouth Together exists to join the dots between churches, communities, charities, and local resources, helping us—as the Church across the city—work more effectively for lasting change. By bringing people and organisations together, we aim to strengthen our collective impact on inequality and support some of Plymouth’s most disadvantaged communities with compassion, collaboration, and hope.
In 2024, we received the King’s Award for Voluntary Service - we are an award winning charity!
